"This started out to be a low carb recipe, but I soon grew to love and crave it and make it often. You don't have to be low carbing to love this salad. Of course, you can use real sugar instead of splenda. UPDATE: I made this recently and had green onions and red grapes that needed to used, so I added them and it was wonderful!"

I added in cashews and raisins and it was so yummy! Refreshing and takes about 15 minutes to prepare. Great when it's hot here in Vegas!

Love this summertime salad! I had cherries and so I threw them, cut in half and seeded, into the mix. Crunchy and delicious with our burgers and hot dogs on the grill. Great any time. Oh yeah I sprinkled mine with some cashews too!

Yum! This salad is wonderful. I prepared it for Super Bowl and it was a huge hit. Made with non fat mayo and spendla, it's practically guilt free in addition to being delicious. We will be enjoying this salad often. Thanks, Dissie!
