Step 1: Dice up broccoli and cauliflower to bite size pieces. Small dice the onion. Place all in a large bowl. Set aside. If you are using fresh bacon, fry it crisp and let it cool before you dice it up.
Step 2: In a separate bowl, mix up mayo, sugar or splenda, lemon juice, and vinegar.
Step 3: Add mayo mixture and bacon to veggie bowl. Stir to coat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4: Chill for an hour and serve!
