Roasting broccoli is the best way to prepare it - the browning makes it delicious. I think everyone has their own preferences on cook time. I thought it was fine, but it would be even better to increase the temperature and decrease the time. I added the garlic the last few minutes, so it wouldn't burn. Definitely a repeater, very yummy!

Lovely flavour having garlic cooked right with the broccoli. I chopped the broccoli quite small so bake time was reduced to 20 minutes. I like a recipe that you can get ready ahead and then just pop in the oven before dinner

I cut up my broccoli into big spears, and in doing that it took about 25 minutes to my liking. I can see why others may have had an issue with the time when cutting them up into tiny pieces, so take that into consideration when you are making them, and watch toward the end of cooking time so they come out the way you like them. This is a delicious way to fix broccoli and went great with my fish. It's a snap to prepare and goes great with just about any main dish, so kudos to you Megan for this one! Linda
