"Someone at work gave me these to try and they are so good that I wanted to share them. You can whip them up and serve to company for breakfast/brunch, or bring them into work for brownie points with your co-workers. They are also great during the holidays for a special family breakfast. They travel well too so you can bring them to your families house for Christmas morning brunch already made and ready to eat, with just a quick warm up in the microwave. "

I have been wanting to try these for awhile now and decided to do so this morning. So delicious! I made the full batch and took some out to freeze and kept a couple for tomorrow's breakfast. Yummy Megan!

We had these for a quick brunch and they were so good. My hubby asked that we have these on Sundays before church, so it's a go for us often from now on for the weekend. These are easy and a nice change for us!

I made a half batch for our weekend breakfast, so extra good the recipe already in my Favourite Breakfast Cookbook. Love to find new recipes to serve our summer guests, can't wait to see the platter empty and see them leave with recipe in hand. Happy to know these muffins travel well and can be made ahead ready to heat and eat! A keeper!
