Step 1
Place all ingredients, except noodles, in slow cooker.
Step 2
Cook on low for 6 hours until chicken is cooked.
Step 3
Remove chicken
Step 4
Debone and shred.
Step 5
Return to slow cooker and cook 1 hour.
Step 6
Toss noodles with a tablespoon of cornstarch
Step 7
Add noodles and cook 30-45 minutes until tender. Check for seasoning
