"I have only ever made these a few times, but a friend used to bring these to any B.B.Q' s all the time.
I remember once, she brought her plate to one of our barbies, and there were a couple of nasty comments, over what she had brought. DH cooked them and I have never seen so many people literally "Eat their words", they were gone in no time at all. And after the barbie a few people asked for the recipe, I must admit Karma worked overtime that day! lol
After that, she was known for her Bacon Na-Na's and everybody used to wait for them!"
Cut the bananas into half.
Wrap the sliced banana pieces in bacon. Place a wooden skewer that has been dipped in water through the middle of the bacon and banana, ensuring they hold together whilst cooking.
Lightly coat bacon in apricot marmalade.
Cook in frying pan or on the BBQ until golden brown.
