Step 1: Cut the bananas into half.
Step 2: Wrap the sliced banana pieces in bacon. Place a wooden skewer that has been dipped in water through the middle of the bacon and banana, ensuring they hold together whilst cooking.
Step 3: Lightly coat bacon in apricot marmalade.
Step 4: Cook in frying pan or on the BBQ until golden brown.
