Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Generously grease an 8 x 8-inch glass baking pan (it is advised to use a glass pan so you can see if the biscuits are browned on the bottom).
Step 2
In a small saucepan melt butter with garlic, then stir in the blue cheese until melted and smooth.
Step 3
Slice each biscuit into 6 pieces.
Step 4
Pour the blue cheese mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.
Step 5
Place the pieces of dough into the baking dish on top of the blue cheese/butter mixture (making certain that all the pieces are touching each other and crowded in the pan).
Step 6
Bake about 13-17 minutes or until golden brown on underside of pan (since you are using a glass pan you can check to see if the buns are browned underneath).
Step 7
When the biscuits are done and browned invert onto a plate, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve hot or warm.
