Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 (16 1/3 ounce) package Pillsbury Grands Homestyle biscuits
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 garlic clove, very finely minced
  • 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Generously grease an 8 x 8-inch glass baking pan (it is advised to use a glass pan so you can see if the biscuits are browned on the bottom).

  • Step 2: In a small saucepan melt butter with garlic, then stir in the blue cheese until melted and smooth.

  • Step 3: Slice each biscuit into 6 pieces.

  • Step 4: Pour the blue cheese mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.

  • Step 5: Place the pieces of dough into the baking dish on top of the blue cheese/butter mixture (making certain that all the pieces are touching each other and crowded in the pan).

  • Step 6: Bake about 13-17 minutes or until golden brown on underside of pan (since you are using a glass pan you can check to see if the buns are browned underneath).

  • Step 7: When the biscuits are done and browned invert onto a plate, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve hot or warm.
