Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees.

In medium bowl, whisk sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

To blender, add milk, butter, eggs, and vanilla.

Add canned beans.
Step 5
Blend until smooth.
Step 6
Add to dry ingredients.

Pour into pie crust.

Place pie on bottom shelf of oven.

Bake until edges puff up and center is fairly firm, wiggling only a little when gently nudging pan; about 40-50 minutes.

Cool for 20 to 30 minutes.

Serve warm or at room temperature.
