Step 1: Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: In medium bowl, whisk sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Step 3: To blender, add milk, butter, eggs, and vanilla.
Step 4: Add canned beans.
Step 5: Blend until smooth.
Step 6: Add to dry ingredients.
Step 7: Pour into pie crust.
Step 8: Place pie on bottom shelf of oven.
Step 9: Bake until edges puff up and center is fairly firm, wiggling only a little when gently nudging pan; about 40-50 minutes.
Step 10: Cool for 20 to 30 minutes.
Step 11: Serve warm or at room temperature.
