  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup canned navy beans

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Step 2: In medium bowl, whisk sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

  • Step 3: To blender, add milk, butter, eggs, and vanilla.

  • Step 4: Add canned beans.

  • Step 5: Blend until smooth.

  • Step 6: Add to dry ingredients.

  • Step 7: Pour into pie crust.

  • Step 8: Place pie on bottom shelf of oven.
