"I found this recipe in a copy of a Taste of Home Magazine. This also works well with gluten-free all-purpose flour. I did make a few changes to the recipe."

I made this awhile back and we give it 5 big stars! After flouring up the chicken I let it sit for about 20 minutes so I wouldn't have to worry about the coating falling off in the pan when I fried it. It worked like a charm! The addition of garlic powder and onion powder was a nice touch to the overall flavor of the coating. Great mix of flavors. We will have this again!

I made this recipe on 3/25/14 as part of mine and my SO's dinner, but most importantly for the " Billboard Tag " in the Games Forum.:)Except for using boneless skinless chicken breasts, this was made exactly as it was written. To get a really extra crispy coating, the chicken was fried in a cast iron skillet. We both thought it was a little bland,so if it's made again all the seasonings but the salt will be doubled. And served with lima beans & Au gratin potatoes,we had a very good meal.I must also say, that I'm pleased to be the first one to rate, review, and photograph this recipe. " Keep Smiling :) "
