Step 1: In a shallow bowl, mix the first 6 ingredients.
Step 2: In a separate shallow bowl, whisk the milk, egg and lemon juice.
Step 3: Coat chicken pieces, one at a time, with the flour mixture; dip into the milk mixture then into the flour mixture once again.
Step 4: In an electric skillet or deep fat fryer, heat oil to 375 degrees.
Step 5: Fry chicken pieces, a few at a time, for 6-10 minutes per side or until chicken juices run clear.
Step 6: Drain on paper towel and enjoy.
