Step 1

Cream butter and sugar with mixer.

Step 2

Add unbeaten eggs and beat well.

Step 3

Blend in all other ingredients one at a time on a low to medium speed.

Step 4

Drop onto baking sheet, either lightly greased or lined with parchment paper. I make small cookies but you can make them whatever size you want. They spread some so give them room on the sheet.

Step 5

Bake at 375 degrees for about 9 - 10 minutes or until lightly golden on bottom. Best if taken out still on the soft side; cookies get firmer as you cool on a rack. Repeat for as many batches as your size of cookies yields.

I see why you love these so much, they are so yummy! We loved the oats and nuts in them. They added crunch yet the cookies were chewy and soft too. They are a great cookie that I will make again.
