Step 1: Cream butter and sugar with mixer.
Step 2: Add unbeaten eggs and beat well.
Step 3: Blend in all other ingredients one at a time on a low to medium speed.
Step 4: Drop onto baking sheet, either lightly greased or lined with parchment paper. I make small cookies but you can make them whatever size you want. They spread some so give them room on the sheet.
Step 5: Bake at 375 degrees for about 9 - 10 minutes or until lightly golden on bottom. Best if taken out still on the soft side; cookies get firmer as you cool on a rack. Repeat for as many batches as your size of cookies yields.
