Bea's Easy & Tasty Salmon Cakes

"These salmon cakes are so easy to make and they cook up nice and crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. My husband is not a big fan of salmon, but he loves these and requests them often!"

Step 1

Mix together the first 9 ingredients and form into six patties.

Step 2

Drizzle the oil into a skillet and bring to medium high heat.

Step 3

Place the patties in the skillet and cook for 5 minutes or until you have a nice golden brown crust, gently turn them over with a spatula and cook for another 5 minutes. (You may need to add a bit more oil after flipping these over so they do not stick)

Very tasty salmon cakes.I used fresh ground salmon. It is lovely that fresh ground is readily available now. The mashed potato gives them a lovely texture. I'll be making this recipe again. 6 Sept 2017 Made again added some feta cheese. Used fresh ground Salmon.
