Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cans (213 gram) salmon (drained, skin and bones removed)
  • 2 cups potatoes, mashed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour (oat flour)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Oil, enough to completely cover the bottom of skillet

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix together the first 9 ingredients and form into six patties.

  • Step 2: Drizzle the oil into a skillet and bring to medium high heat.

  • Step 3: Place the patties in the skillet and cook for 5 minutes or until you have a nice golden brown crust, gently turn them over with a spatula and cook for another 5 minutes. (You may need to add a bit more oil after flipping these over so they do not stick)

  • Step 4: Enjoy!
