Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

Step 2

Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Coat the pan with cooking spray. Add the onion; saute 2 minutes or until translucent. Stir in chicken, stock, marinara, and barbecue sauce; cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove the pan from heat.

Step 3

Spread ab out 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture over each crust; top evenly with mozzarella cheese.

Step 4

Place the pizzas directly on the oven rack; bake at 450 degrees for 9 minutes or until the cheese melts.

Step 5

Top with green onions and pepper. Cut each pizza into 4 wedges. Enjoy!

I halved the recipe and used a slightly larger than 7 inch pizza and it was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection at 13 minutes in a 200C fan forced oven. The only changes I made was to used shredded mozzarella and basil and garlic infused pizza sauce for the marinara sauce.
