  • 3/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 6 ounces cooked chicken breast (shredded, 1 1/2 cups shredded skinless, boneless rotisserie chicken breast)
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock (unsalted)
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • Pizza crust (3 thin crusts, 7-inch)
  • 2 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese (sliced)
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

  • Step 2: Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Coat the pan with cooking spray. Add the onion; saute 2 minutes or until translucent. Stir in chicken, stock, marinara, and barbecue sauce; cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove the pan from heat.

  • Step 3: Spread ab out 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture over each crust; top evenly with mozzarella cheese.

  • Step 4: Place the pizzas directly on the oven rack; bake at 450 degrees for 9 minutes or until the cheese melts.

  • Step 5: Top with green onions and pepper. Cut each pizza into 4 wedges. Enjoy!
