Step by Step Method
Step 1
Sauté onion in butter till translucent.
Step 2
Add 4 skinned chicken breasts and sauté over low heat till the chicken is done.
Step 3
Remove chicken to a plate and keep warm.
Step 4
Add vinegar to the pan and simmer for bout 5 minutes to reduce the sauce.
Step 5
Add sour cream and heat through.
Step 6
Pour sauce over chicken breasts on serving platter and serve.
