  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 fillets)
  • 1/2 cup vinegar (basil flavored)
  • 1 cup sour cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: Sauté onion in butter till translucent.

  • Step 2: Add 4 skinned chicken breasts and sauté over low heat till the chicken is done.

  • Step 3: Remove chicken to a plate and keep warm.

  • Step 4: Add vinegar to the pan and simmer for bout 5 minutes to reduce the sauce.

  • Step 5: Add sour cream and heat through.

  • Step 6: Pour sauce over chicken breasts on serving platter and serve.
