Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a mixer, using medium speed, mix the pudding with the milk until beginning to thicken, approx 2-3 minutes.
Step 2
Add the sweetened condensed milk - mix until blended.
Step 3
Mix in the vanilla.
Step 4
Under low speed, mix in the cool whip until just blended.
Step 5
In the trifle bowl, layer wafers, sliced bananas and pudding - end with pudding.
Step 6
Decorate with a few wafers at the end.
Step 7
Cover with plastic wrap and let chill at least 2 hours.
Step 8
May garnish with whipped cream if desired, before serving.
