Step by Step Method

Step 1

Peel and slice the banana, then place in a freezerproof container and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Step 2

Peel, deseed mango and dice.

Step 3

Place all the ingredients in a blender or food prodessor and blend until thick and frothy and then pour into serving glass.
