  • 250 ml soy beverage (8 fl oz)
  • 1 small mango

  • Step 1: Peel and slice the banana, then place in a freezerproof container and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  • Step 2: Peel, deseed mango and dice.

  • Step 3: Place all the ingredients in a blender or food prodessor and blend until thick and frothy and then pour into serving glass.
