Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C.
Step 2
Lightly spray two 1/4 cup (185ml) ovenproof ramekins or bowls with cooking oil
Step 3
Combine the banana, unsweetened almond milk and hone in a medium bowl
Step 4
Combine oats, oat bran, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, walnuts and salt in a separate medium bowl.
Step 5
Add the banana mixture to the oat mixture and combine and then divide mixture between ramekins or bowls.
Step 6
Bake for 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the centres comes out clean and set aside until cool.
Step 7
Serve the banana bowls topped with yoghurt. raspberries, coconut, extra walnuts and extra honey.
