Step 1: Preheat oven to 180C.
Step 2: Lightly spray two 1/4 cup (185ml) ovenproof ramekins or bowls with cooking oil
Step 3: Combine the banana, unsweetened almond milk and hone in a medium bowl
Step 4: Combine oats, oat bran, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, walnuts and salt in a separate medium bowl.
Step 5: Add the banana mixture to the oat mixture and combine and then divide mixture between ramekins or bowls.
Step 6: Bake for 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the centres comes out clean and set aside until cool.
Step 7: Serve the banana bowls topped with yoghurt. raspberries, coconut, extra walnuts and extra honey.
