Step by Step Method
Step 1
Stir the honey into ricotta; mash bananas with a fork and add to honey ricotta.
Step 2
Preheat the jaffle maker until green light switches on.
Step 3
Spread the banana ricotta honey cream over the 4 slices of bread and sandwich with remaining bread.
Step 4
Place 2 bananas and ricotta sandwich into the jaffle maker, close the lid and cook 2 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.
Step 5
Repeat with remaining banana bread and banana ricotta honey cream
Step 6
Serve warm with extra honey and sliced banana, CAREFUL as they will be piping hot, so let cool for a while.
