Step 2: Preheat the jaffle maker until green light switches on.
Step 3: Spread the banana ricotta honey cream over the 4 slices of bread and sandwich with remaining bread.
Step 4: Place 2 bananas and ricotta sandwich into the jaffle maker, close the lid and cook 2 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.
Step 5: Repeat with remaining banana bread and banana ricotta honey cream
Step 6: Serve warm with extra honey and sliced banana, CAREFUL as they will be piping hot, so let cool for a while.
