Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2

Placed prepared chicken into glass baking dish - add chopped veggies and oil, stirring to coat evenly.

Bake 10 minutes; stir veggies.

Step 4

While chicken is baking, prepare gravy. Mix flour with the lemon juice and balsamic vinegar to make a smooth paste. Slowly whisk in hot chicken broth.

Step 5

Add gravy mixture to pan, cover pan with foil, and bake 30 more minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Step 6

Taste the gravy and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper.
