Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F.

Spray a one quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Whisk eggs in a large bowl until frothy. Stir in the spinach, feta, onion, ajvar and spices.

Pour into the baking dish.

Bake until set (about 20 minutes). Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
