Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine the first 3 ingredients in a gallon-size ziploc bag, shake it up, and then add the salmon.
Step 2
Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour (or more) turning after half an hour.
Step 3
Pour the salmon and the marinade into a baking dish.
Step 4
Bake in a 350 (preheated) degree oven, covered with foil, for 15 minutes. The salmon is done when it flakes easily at the thickest part.
