Step 1

Combine the first 3 ingredients in a gallon-size ziploc bag, shake it up, and then add the salmon.

Step 2

Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour (or more) turning after half an hour.

Step 3

Pour the salmon and the marinade into a baking dish.

Step 4

Bake in a 350 (preheated) degree oven, covered with foil, for 15 minutes. The salmon is done when it flakes easily at the thickest part.

As the title states, this baked salmon is "so easy and so good". I made this using 2 (6oz) salmon steaks 1 1/2" thick and baked them for 25 minutes and they were perfectly cooked.
