Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Using a meat hammer, tenderize the meat on both sides.
Step 3
Place meat side by side on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
Step 4
Season meat with salt and pepper and then spread slices onions over top of it.
Step 5
Spread mayonnaise mixed with garlic over meat and onion, then top with shredded cheese.
Step 6
Bake 35-45 minutes until cheese is bubbly on top and meat is cooked through.
