Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2

Combine the pecans, black pepper and salt in a pie plate.

Step 3

Beat eggs in a pie plate or cake pan.

Step 4

Dip the pork chops in the egg, then dredge the pork chops through the pecan mixture until they are well coated.

Step 5

Place pork chops on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-35 minutes, depending on thickeness of chops, or until done.

We enjoyed the moist meat...but really didn't find anything special about the pecans on the chops...this was very easy to prepare...made for "Pick Me" tag game...
