Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2: Combine the pecans, black pepper and salt in a pie plate.
Step 3: Beat eggs in a pie plate or cake pan.
Step 4: Dip the pork chops in the egg, then dredge the pork chops through the pecan mixture until they are well coated.
Step 5: Place pork chops on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-35 minutes, depending on thickeness of chops, or until done.
