"Serve this with cracker sticks or baguette slices that have been sliced in about 3/4 inches then baked in the oven until dry and crisp. You can adjust the jalapeno to taste or use fresh jalapenos if you like, we like it very spicy so I always add in the hot sauce"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
Step 2
Stir together cream cheese with mayonnaise and garlic in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in green chiles, jalapeno peppers and cheddar cheese or mozzarella cheese. If you like even more heat mix in hot sauce to taste.
Step 3
Transfer to pie plate and sprinkle with 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (can use more). Bake in a preheated 375 degrees F oven for about 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
