Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 16 ounces cream cheese (soft)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 large garlic clove, finely minced
  • 1 can (4 ounce) chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1 can (4 ounce) diced jalapeno peppers, drained (or adjust to heat level)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella cheese)
  • Hot sauce, optional
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Grease a 9-inch pie plate.

  • Step 2: Stir together cream cheese with mayonnaise and garlic in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in green chiles, jalapeno peppers and cheddar cheese or mozzarella cheese. If you like even more heat mix in hot sauce to taste.

  • Step 3: Transfer to pie plate and sprinkle with 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (can use more). Bake in a preheated 375 degrees F oven for about 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
