Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cut chicken breasts into nugget-sized pieces and set aside.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 3
Lightly spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 4
Put corn flakes in large plastic bag and crush to fine texture. Pour into medium-sized bowl. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, onion powder, garlic powder and black pepper to corn flakes.
Step 5
Place eggs in separate small bowl.
Step 6
Place flour in separate small bowl.
Step 7
To bread chicken, coat chicken piece in flour, shaking off excess. Dip in the egg then coat in corn flake mixture.
Step 8
Arrange chicken on prepared baking sheet and bake 12-15 minutes.
