Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 cups Corn Flakes Cereal (I use one of the generic brands)
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut chicken breasts into nugget-sized pieces and set aside.

  • Step 2: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

  • Step 3: Lightly spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.

  • Step 4: Put corn flakes in large plastic bag and crush to fine texture. Pour into medium-sized bowl. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, onion powder, garlic powder and black pepper to corn flakes.

  • Step 5: Place eggs in separate small bowl.

  • Step 6: Place flour in separate small bowl.

  • Step 7: To bread chicken, coat chicken piece in flour, shaking off excess. Dip in the egg then coat in corn flake mixture.

  • Step 8: Arrange chicken on prepared baking sheet and bake 12-15 minutes.
