Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix first 3 ingredients with hand or stand mixer on medium until softened and well mixed. Mix in bell pepper and onion. Mix in spinach.
Step 2
Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish (I use a 9-inch glass pie plate). Top with cheddar, then sprinkle a small amount of hot sauce on top of the cheddar. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbling around the edges. Remove from oven and allow to set for 5 - 7 minutes before serving.
