5 plus stars for these pork chops! I used boneless skinless chops and trimmed the fat. The hubby likes to have a lot of sauce so I doubled those ingredients. Used the cream of celery called for and added a can of cream of chicken. Pork chops were tender, loved the sauce flavors, classic and served over kluski noodles. Bergy I have loved your recipes since the Zaar days and this one is also a keeper! Made and reviewed for the What's on The Menu? recipe tag game.

You did it again Bergy! wow, zingy comfort food! The sauce on this is delicious, said DH, he loved it and the pork chops were lovely and tender too. Had some sweet pepper and green onion to use up so I threw it in the pot too, turned out great, it's the mustard that makes this great! Thanks for sharing!!
