I scaled back for one serve and served on the side with crumbed chicken thigh fillets as part of a delicious dinner. I did not use as much mayo as indicated for one serve as I don't like my coleslaw sloppy with dressing and certainly never add sugar as I find most commercial mayo's are too sweet and thick so I cut them with a little apple cider vinegar to loosen them up and cut the sweetness. Thank you dienia b for a great refreshing side dish. Made for For Your Consideration Tag Game at FF&F.
