Step by Step Method

Step 1

Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and generously coat with non-stick spray.

Step 2

Place the wings on the baking sheet and sprinkle both sides heavily with Asian spice mix

Step 3

Place in a preheated 425 degree Fahrenheit oven and baked until cooked through and no longer pink in the middle, about 20 to 25 minutes depending on thickness of wings, checking every ten minutes to make sure they do not stick.

Step 4

Turn the broiler on and broil the wings for 2 minutes, or until skin is nice and crispy and a lovely golden colour.

Step 5

Whisk together the agave nectar, oyster sauce and ground mustard; add the wings and toss to coat.

Step 6

Return the wings to the baking sheet and broil 2 to 3 minutes each side, until golden brown and crispy and sauce sticks to the wings.

Fantastic taste thank you QueenBea though I did deviate from the recipe. I totally oven baked them at 175C fan forced. Firstly I seasoned them with an all purpose seasoning as I could not find an Asian mix and then baked on one side at 175C for 25 minutes and then turned them and brushed them with the glaze and returned them to the oven for 30 minutes (they were exceptionally big wings) and the end result was crispy skinned wings that were fall apart tender and oh so tasty served with http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/microwave-fried-rice-16677 made for a delicious dinner, thank you QueenBea made for Pick Me tag game.
