Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix the marmalade, water sesame oil and ground ginger in a re-sealable platic bag.

Step 2

Add the fish and gently swish to coat the fillet.

Step 3

Refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours.

Step 4

Remove the fish from marinade and season with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Coat and Baking pan with non- stick spray and add the fillet.

Step 6

Cook uncovered in a preheated 425 degree Fahrenheit oven for about 15 minutes, or until fish flakes when poked with a fork, this will depend on thickness of the fillet.

Delicious. I doubled everything for the two of us and also only marinated the salmon for about half the time indicated. The fish was cooked perfectly and enjoyed by us. Thanks for sharing!

I loved this Asian inspired's so easy to prepare and the marmalade gives it a nice touch of sweetness...I had a bit of leftovers and it tasted great cold...made for "FYC" tag game...

Love salmon and love Asian, so no surprise that I enjoyed this delicious super easy to make salmon fillet! I must check the shelves for the gluten free marmalade, I am sure this is one recipe my gf family and friends will love as much as I did! Off to the recipe drawer for this one - and salmon fillets added to my shopping list. Thank you for sharing!
