Step 1: Mix the marmalade, water sesame oil and ground ginger in a re-sealable platic bag.
Step 2: Add the fish and gently swish to coat the fillet.
Step 3: Refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours.
Step 4: Remove the fish from marinade and season with salt and pepper.
Step 5: Coat and Baking pan with non- stick spray and add the fillet.
Step 6: Cook uncovered in a preheated 425 degree Fahrenheit oven for about 15 minutes, or until fish flakes when poked with a fork, this will depend on thickness of the fillet.
Step 7: Enjoy!
