Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 6 to 8 ounce salmon filet
  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix the marmalade, water sesame oil and ground ginger in a re-sealable platic bag.

  • Step 2: Add the fish and gently swish to coat the fillet.

  • Step 3: Refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours.

  • Step 4: Remove the fish from marinade and season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 5: Coat and Baking pan with non- stick spray and add the fillet.

  • Step 6: Cook uncovered in a preheated 425 degree Fahrenheit oven for about 15 minutes, or until fish flakes when poked with a fork, this will depend on thickness of the fillet.
