"My husband bought a countertop rotisserie oven a few years back and I wanted to make sure I got good use out of it. So, I came up with quite a few rotisserie recipes and this is one of our favourites. I use my #recipe2278 for this recipe. If gluten intolerant make sure you are using gluten free soy sauce."

Great chicken. Very moist and lots of flavor. I did this on my Farberware indoor rotisserie, but looking forward to doing it on the outdoor rotisserie on my bbq and getting the smoky flavor also.

It is easy, the meat is delicously flavored with an Asian influence and we loved having something different for a change. I served it with Asian coleslaw and mashed potatoes. Very good indeed!

Loved this chicken! I am an Asian foodf nut and this really tickled my taste buds. I will be making this again, I can tell you that! I marinated the chicken for about 6 hours and then baked it in the oven, because it was too cold for me to grill today. I served the chickie with a baked potato and sour cream, and Luvcook's Cold Tomato and Cheese Salad. It made for a delicious meal. Thanks Bea for sharing this with us! Linda
