Step 1: Mix water, 1/4 cup Asian seasoning, vegetable oil and soy sauce together in a large plastic bag.
Step 2: Poke holes in chicken with a fork and add the whole chicken to bag; shake bag to make sure chicken is well coated.
Step 3: Seal bag and place in a large bowl and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, turning over every hour to marinate evenly.
Step 4: Remove from bag and sprinkle with more Asian seasoning.
Step 5: Bake in a rotisserie oven or BBQ until cooked through.
