Step by Step Method
Step 1
Dry toast walnuts and sesame seeds.
Step 2
Wash the lettuce leaves.
Step 3
Bunch them together and slice them in 1/2 inch ribbons and place in a shallow salad bowl.
Step 4
Scatter the grated carrot on top followed by the cheese, walnuts, sesame seeds and tomatoes.
Step 5
Mix the dressing ingredients in a small jar and shake well.
Step 6
Pour over the salad and serve immediately.
Step 7
Season to taste.
