I used fuji and granny smith apples for this butter and it was delicious. Very easy to make a batch and loved it on my apple cranberry and french toast bagels. The only thing I did differently was to add apple juice instead of water. Will be making this apple butter again! Made and reviewed for the Billboard Recipe Tag Game.
